How to make database writeable in Windows
Solution
you need to make your database writeable. To do this, login to the control panel and perform the following:
1. Click on File Manager
2. Locate your database
3. Click on the padlock icon next to the database name
4. Select IUSR_yourusername
5. Check the writeable box
6. Click on Apply
Now your database has been made writeable, and you should be able to update it accordingly.
