How To Backup Your Website
Solution
We highly recommend for you to backup your website regularly.
Follow steps below to backup your websites.
1. Login to your Plesk Control Panel (refer Server Configuration File for URL and login info)
2. Once logged in, under "Domain" section, click icon "Back up"
3. Then, click icon "Create Backup"
4. Choose backup method "create backup file and store in repository"
5. Type the Backup file name
6. Click "Back Up" button and once the backup is done, you will see the backup file.
7. Click the diskette icon (beside the file size) to download the backup file
Follow below steps to do scheduled backup
1. Click icon "Scheduled Backup Settings.
2. Click "Enable" icon to enable schedule backup
3. Then, Choose your backup period and time
4. Use "Domain Dumps" as your files repository location
4. Enter maximum number of stored backup files ( recommended 5 )
(please note that the files stored in your backup files repository will be included in your web space usage)
5. Type in the backup file name
6. Click "OK"
