** This announcement is for Users at TMNet Brickfields. Users of other IDC were not affected and may ignore this announcement.
Dear Valued Client & Business Partner,
With regards to the issue mentioned above, TMNet Brickfields Data Center has scheduled Emergency Maintenance for Level 10, Brickfields Data Center
Please be informed that Brickfields Datacenter will undergo ‘Emergency Maintenance’ on UPS Batteries. During this maintenance, the batteries will be replaced and all test will be conducted before it goes back to NORMAL operation.
Date : 22th May 2010 (Saturday early morning)
Estimated Time : 12.00 AM until 3.00 AM (GMT+8)
During these period, the AC power supply will be totally shut off due to security part. EMERGE will be shutting down our hosting servers during this maintenance period.

How to know if your server is affected
=================================
All servers within the following IP range below will be affected by this planned maintenance:
119.110.97.176-191
119.110.108.0-255
210.48.155.5-62
210.48.155.69-126
210.48.155.130-190
210.48.155.197-254
You can determine your IP by doing a Ping on your domain name.
Example if your domain name is *YourDomain.com* :
- For website, you can check by typing the command - Ping YourDomainName.com
- For e-mail, you can check by typing - Ping mail.YourDomainName.com
This notification applies to you if the resulting IP is within the range listed above. If you are unsure, please feel free to contact us.
** Please note that servers located in other Data Centers will not be affected by this maintenance.

Dedicated Server & Server Co-location Clients

On 21th May, you need to shut down your server 30 minutes before the maintenance start. Once the maintenance is completed, we will help you switch back to the normal power.
** For those client who wish our technical staff shut down the server on behalf, can send in request with provide login info. We will proceed accordingly.
