Details *** Only clients hosted on Merak - Icewarp mail server will be affected ***

Dear Valued Client & Business Partner,

Date: 11 June 2010 (Friday)
Start Time: 10.00 PM GMT +0800
Estimated duration: 6 hours
Server Effected: Merak01 (IP: 202.190.167.167) / Merak02 (IP: 202.190.167.190) / Merak03 (IP: 202.190.203.22) / Merak04 (IP: 202.190.203.15)


With regards to the issue mentioned above, we will be performing a migration exercise on Merak - Icewarp mail server from Jaring IDC to TMNet Brickfield IDC. As a result, mail service under above mentioned servers will not be accessible during the affected period of time.

Upon the completion of the migration, the mail server new IP will be changed as per below :-

Merak01 - 210.48.155.231
Merak02 - 210.48.155.232
Merak03 - 210.48.155.233
Merak04 - 210.48.155.234


** If you are using your own DNS server, please update DNS record to the new IP as above.
